Good weather! Lets enjoy the sun!

Again we woke up to a beautiful day. It's sunny, warm.... perfect day to go cycling! At the BBC they said some flowers are flowering again, they believe spring  is back  and who could blame them?
Hopefully it won't change radically in the next weeks and we won't find ourselves freezing in low temperatures.

I'm just happy to think we still can do lots of outside activities while the weather is nice.
I always find very helpful this magazine: mums-dads . They gather all sort of places to visit around, activities , concerts... I like to have it around. It's very helpful!
Our next activity will be The Denzell Gardens Book Festival. Have a look! You might like to come!

Sunny week!

The forecast for this week is very, very good: It's going to be sunny and warm. That means very soon it'll turn out freezing cold so let's make the most of it.
Today is Tuesday so I've been to the market. I took some photos and I hope you like them.

Riding the  bike on my way home I thought these trees looked beautiful. Soon they'll have no leaves... that's a shame!

This area is full of oak trees and the kids love to pick up the acorns to play with them.

Bowdon.

Bowdon is where we live and we really like it in here.
Bowodn is very closed to Altrincham and it is located on the south west edge of Greater Manchester. It is very closed to the open countryside, including the enchanting Dunham Massey Country Park.

Altrincham is also quite a nice town to live in. It's been a market town since 1290 and I must admit, I love to go to the market every Tuesday morning. You'll find there all sorts of yummy fruits and veg, cheeses, meat... I love it! It feels very local, the traders and very friendly and they are always ready fro a chat.

There are also lots of shops, restaurants, parks, big supermarket chains like Tesco and Sainsbury's... here we have everything  we need.
The metrolink is the one of the best connection to the city but there is also a good combination of busses.
We decided we didn't want to buy a car and we've done quite well till now. It's clear that we can live perfectly without it.

These photos were taken at Duham Massey.
